Our Journey into Beekeeping Bliss
Daniela grew up chasing summers in the countryside, where afternoons were for queen spotting and honey harvesting with her granddad. Robert’s family had bees too—though he was more of a toddling observer than a beekeeper back then. Somewhere between childhood and now, our love for bees only grew stronger.
And then this May, we finally took the plunge and got our very first colony together. These days, we spend our weekends in wellies and bee suits, doing our best to keep up with the bees—while remembering those golden, sticky-fingered days that started it all.

Our Beekeeping Adventure
For the past few months, we’ve been looking after our girls—and what started as a hobby has officially buzzed its way into family status. Our mums now refer to the bees as their grandchildren (we’re not kidding).
They bring us joy when a new queen starts laying, heartbreak when a colony doesn’t make it, and a surprising amount of calm in between. Somehow, a hive full of thousands of tiny, humming insects has become our happy place.
Come along for the ride—we're winging it through the wild, sticky, slightly chaotic world of beekeeping. 🐝✨
We believe that strong, healthy colonies make the best honey—and deserve the best care. That means giving our bees space to build naturally, rest when they need to, and forage from a rich, pesticide-free landscape.
We don’t push for maximum yield. We listen to the bees, work gently, and let nature take the lead. Our bees are our collaborators, not our workers, and we treat them with the respect they deserve.
Our bees come fist, always
